            Welcome to the

GODSTONE EVENING WI GROUP

OUR NEXT MEETING IS ON
MONDAY 24 AUGUST 2018  7.45pm
“GETTING TO YOUR NATURAL WEIGHT IS AN INSIDE JOB!!”

Why do we find our hands reaching out for the biscuits and our mouth opening even when we've made the decision not to eat them anymore?

Do stress and sleep influence our food choices as well as the addictive quality of certain foods?

Katy Landis, nutritional expert, will be giving a talk entitled “Getting to your natural weight is an inside job”.  This will be about the emotional, psychological and even the spiritual side of eating.

I am sure this talk will strike a chord with many of us. Please come along and join us at 8pm in the Baptist Church.  Katy has many years experience of nutritional coaching and is an expert on encouraging and motivating people to make changes to their diet and lifestyle in a very positive way.

See our 2018 programme.
Everyone is welcome, so if you are interested in coming along to try us out, or to join particularly if you have just moved into the village, or surrounding area, please contact us or just turn up to the next meeting. The visitor's fee is £2 and we serve tea and coffee and usually home made biscuits!
